A few years back I did a post on the top 5 reasons why I loved this wedding at the High Star so I’m going back to making lists and bumping it up to 10 reasons why I loved this wedding at the High Star.
1. Climbing hay bales is good clean fun!
2. 360 degrees of gorgeous, every direction you turn. If you have not been out there, the annual Harvest Fest in October is a great time to check it out this mountain rustic venue.
3. Summer sunsets complimentary with every wedding I’ve photographed there.
4. I will be getting a giant sized Jenga for my backyard now.
5. High Star Ranch is a short 15 minute drive from Park City.
6. So many places to shoot. A pond, on a bridge, a hay bale, in a meadow, against the mountains, in barn, against a rustic fence, you name it, it’s there.
7. The cowboys ranch hands are friendly and add a western feeling to the ranch.
8. Mountain breeze and fresh air.
9. Animals roam around the ranch.
10. The freedom to wander around and explore. Grab a drink at the country store, then head over to play corn hole, dinner outside and dancing under the barn on a starry night!
